Do you Accept Corporate Purchasing?

Purchase Orders over $250 are accepted from corporate customers. For more information, just use the ‘Get in touch’ link at the bottom of the page.

 

What is your shipping policy?

I aim to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving the order.

• Domestic Shipping

Embrace Ecology ships using Australia Post. Postage is calculated at the checkout. Special Delivery instructions cannot be accomodated with Australia Post.

 All book orders are shipped in the lowest postage bracket where feasible.

 

• International Shipping

Sorry, We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

 

What is your returns Policy?

Embrace Ecology does not currently accept returns for change of mind.

 

My Item is Faulty, what should I do?

I aim to provide our customer with the highest quality products. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch via the contact page to discuss refund/return options.
